Sean grew up in Cheverly, Maryland — and he's still lucky enough to call it home. Long before he ever structured a loan, he spent more than a decade as a Realtor right here in the DMV: sitting at kitchen tables with first-time buyers, walking nervous families through the biggest purchase of their lives, and watching too many deals wobble because a lender went quiet at the worst possible moment.
That's why he crossed over to the lending side: not to sell loans, but to become the lender he always wished his clients had. Someone who picks up the phone. Someone whose pre-approval means the deal closes. Someone who tells you the truth about what you can afford — even when the truth is “wait six months, and here's exactly what to do in the meantime.”
Hundreds of families later — honestly, he's lost count — the favorite part hasn't changed: taking someone who was told “no,” who had all but given up on owning a home, and handing them their keys.
